I recently worked with Concraft to repair storm damage in our home, and overall, it was a very positive experience. Sumer was incredibly responsive and always available whenever I had questions, making the entire process much smoother and easier to manage. She was not only professional but also very friendly, which made working with her a pleasure.

Comment: Tai Martin, Project Manager, worked very hard to get me what I needed and wanted. All contractors were very courteous and respectful. They took great pride in their work. Anthony was great.

His extensive knowledge in various subjects on our repairs makes him a go-to resource when seeking insight or guidance. Not only that, but his kindness and genuine nature stands out. Comment: Zack Seelig and his crew were so hard working, yet so friendly. They listened to us, took our concerns seriously and worked so hard to get everything done in one day. Zack knew exactly what he was doing. So refreshing!

Concraft did the mold remediation followed by the repairs that were then required (drywall, tile, flooring , the works!). During the mold remediation I was constantly updated as to what was being done and despite the need for plastic barriers throughout, they did everything possible to make life as acceptable as could be. They were there everyday, punctual and worked until it was completed. The repairs were the best work I’ve ever experienced. The drywall was perfection and the carpentry above and beyond. Again, they showed up everyday and did so until work was completed and to my satisfaction. On both sides of this project, everyone was professional, took time to answer all my questions and most of all kind and considerate. I would never hesitate to recommend them and they would be my first call if I ever needed work such as this again!

Let me start with my cleaning crew lead by Toni crew leader She in my opinion went Above and beyond what I expected. My painters Sal, Jim and Holly did a fantastic job. I can't say enough good things about my PM, Tai what a down to earth lady. Always making sure that I was happy. I would like to Thank Landon for sending all the right people my way. This has been my family house for 57 yrs. And Concraft came in and made it HOME SWEET HOME again. Thank you all. 😊

While I was out of town Concraft came into my condo and assessed water damage that happened in my unit due to a water leak and then they did the needed repairs. Summer managed the first part of the repair and she was very kind and kept me well informed as to what was going on. The second part of the repair was managed by Tai who as well as very kind and did a great job of keeping me well informed as to what was happening. I returned back home after the repair had been completed and I found that the carpenter Anthony and Sal are master carpenter who did a great job repairing all that was damaged by the water leak. I was also very impressed with how much care Concraft took in boxing up my belonging to get them out of the way so that the repair could be done. Not only was everything securely packed to prevent damage it was all well marked to help me while unpacking. Thank you Concraft for the excellent repair and taking such good care of my condo and belongings while I was away. Also a special thank you to Summer, Tai, Anthony and Sal.
