Internal Trainings & Meetings
We have made the commitment to invest in weekly team training for all of our restoration professionals.
- Job Reviews: This allows us to review challenges that were faced each week and brainstorm ways to make the job easier, safer and better for our employees and customers.
- Technology Updates: We invest in the tools, equipment, and vehicles that are needed to do the job right! We use electronic documentation for all projects, so we ensure you feel comfortable using the laptop and/or iPad and can document anything needed for insurance claims.
- Safety first!: Each week we touch on a safety topic to keep everyone healthy and safe eliminate workers compensation claims.
- Team Celebrations: We spend the rest of the meetings celebrating our TEAM and all of the wonderful things that we have accomplished in the last month.

We are a member of IICRC and are committed to offering certifications and training in areas like water restoration, smoke and fire restoration, mold remediation and other disaster restoration services.
