Monthly BBQ’s in the summer months: We like to promote a sense of friendship among co-workers by having a BBQ one time/month in the summer months.
Quarterly employee contests: We aren’t all work and no play – each quarter we have a contest to spice things up to earn prizes and other cool stuff! Tap into your competitive side with our out-of-the-box competitions.
Quarterly off-site employee events: Again, we like to play as hard as we work so plan on attending a quarterly off-site event that focuses on food and FUN!

What is so important about eNPS?
One time per year, Concraft asks its employees "Would you recommend Concraft to a friend or family member for employment?" This is how the eNPS score is generated.
The employee net promoter score (eNPS)can range from -100 to 100.
eNPS scores between 10 and 30 are considered a good place to work, while those between 50 and 70 are considered excellent. Above 80 eNPS score is likely in the top percentages in almost any industry.
Over the last two years, Concraft has raised its eNPS drastically which shows a commitment from the team to make Concraft a great place to work!
