We believe that when you give your employees the tools they need to be successful, they can provide the great service we expect.
- Mitigation employees will receive a tool bag with a basic tool set during their first week of employment. After 6 months of employment, the tools and bag are yours to keep and you will get a $150 tool allowance to purchase more tools to help you do your job.
- Every field employee will receive a $250/year tool allowance to add to their toolbox.
- Field employees and Project Managers are provided with a safety kit.
- Lead Technicians and Superintendents are provided iPads to use while in the field.
- Project Managers and Business Development Managers are provided laptops to efficiently do business wherever and whenever.
- Every employee will get a $25/month cell phone allowance unless a company cell phone is assigned to them.
