About Melissa Hunley:

Meet Melissa Hunley, our exceptional Customer Service Team Lead at Concraft. With over 13 years of experience in retail, food, and insurance claims industries, Melissa brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Wayne State University and is also certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC) for Water Damage Restoration (WTR).

In her role as Claims Coordinator, Melissa oversees our Mitigation Project Managers and field technicians for incoming Emergency Services/Water claims. She is committed to guiding our customers through the entire restoration process, from the initial emergency to the final repair of their single-family home, condominium, or commercial property. Melissa takes pride in providing exceptional customer service, calming nerves, answering questions, and organizing our technicians for a quick response time. Her communication skills, honesty, and dependability are the foundation of her success, ensuring our customers have a 5-star experience throughout the process.

Melissa is a proud resident of Shelby Township and enjoys spending time with her other half and their dog, Meeko. When she's not providing exceptional customer service, Melissa loves to bake, travel, and watch football. She's also an avid golfer and is always up for a round of golf with friends or colleagues. If you want to hang out with Melissa at dinner time, you'll probably find her at a Mexican restaurant, her favorite cuisine.
