A pipe broke and water damaged office suites, bar area, dance floor, stage, and dining area, which was approximately 10,000 sq. ft. The Concraft team worked throughout the weekend day and night to get the water mitigated. Concraft was also hired by the owner to handle structural repairs. Repairs included the replacement of flooring, drywall, acoustical ceiling tile and insulation. The bar and recreation area were still in use while under construction.
