The community association reached out after a devastating fire severely damaged all 14 units of one building and caused significant smoke damage to a neighboring structure.

Concraft immediately responded with emergency services, securing the building by boarding up windows, installing temporary fencing, and adding locks to all doors to ensure safety and prevent further damage.
Following these initial steps, Concraft was entrusted by the board of directors to oversee the complete restoration and rebuild of the affected building.
